Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups grated apple of your choice
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, olive oil or ghee
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts of your choice

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside
  3. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients together
  4. Combine all the ingredients
  5. Coat a 5 x 9 inch baking dish with oil or ghee
  6. Place batter in the dish
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes
