Cashew Vanilla Smoothie

This cashew vanilla smoothie is full of protein and healthy fats. Easy to whip up, and great to take on the go!

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 Large Dates (Optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Optional but highly recommended, you can add another spoonful of nut butter on top of the smoothie. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes
  • Feel free to omit the dates if you are looking for a sweetener-free version.
  • The additional nut butter on top of the smoothie is optional - but delicious!
