Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mango fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 lemon peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini cut into rounds or cubes
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
Method
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend well until smooth
