Overnight Carrot Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp - tbsp maple syrup (depending on your preference)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter
Method
  1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar.

  2. Let sit overnight.

  3. Eat cold or heat up!

  4. Optional: add toasted pecans before serving.
