  • 1 serving coconut water about 2-3 cups
  • 1 puck Greens & Tropicals Blender Bites Smoothie Puck
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 chunk peeled ginger (size to taste)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
