  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Cranberries
  • 1 Small Handful Frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 1/2 Cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 Serving Organika Health Plant-Based Collagen Booster (Optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds (Optional)
Method
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice (like granola, berries, or coconut flakes). Enjoy!
