Protein Banana Pancakes
Make your breakfast more balanced by adding protein to your banana pancakes with eggs, hemp seeds and protein powder like collagen. Not a fan of collagen? Try using your own protein powder like Vega Protein & Greens Vanilla.
Simple, protein packed, gluten-free banana pancakes, perfect for any day of the week.
- 1 banana mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour (or flour of choice)
- 2 tbsp collagen
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 tbsp baking soda
- maple syrup to taste
Mix banana and egg together
Add the remainder of the ingredients to the banana and egg mix except the avocado oil
Coat a frying pan over medium heat with avocado
Pour batter and cook until golden brown flipping half way through
