Overnight Carrot Oats

If you like carrot cake, you will love these oats! Change up your regular oatmeal for some sweet and savoury overnight carrot oats, which made the perfect warming breakfast.
Overnight Carrot Oats

  • 1 tsp - tbsp maple syrup (depending on your preference)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter
  1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar.

  2. Let sit overnight.

  3. Eat cold or heat up!

  4. Optional: add toasted pecans before serving.
