Healthy and simple snack to curb your chip cravings!

  • 1 head kale
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. De-stem the kale leaves and rip into pieces

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Spread the pieces of kale across 1-2 baking sheets

  5. Cover with oil, nutritional yeast and salt

  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Please note that this may vary based on your oven. Check after 10 minutes and cook until crispy.
