Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup

The cold weather is officially here which means it’s the perfect time for soups and stews! If you’re someone who suffers from wheat or gluten insensitivities, or is even sensitive to grains, be sure to check out this Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup recipe made with konjac noodles. Konjac (an Asian root vegetable) noodles are a great low-carb alternative to traditional pastas.

Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup
Prep Time
10 mins
  • 3 chicken breasts uncooked
  • 1 box liquid vegetable broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 1 package NuPasta or konjac noodle brand of choice
  1. Add all the ingredients to a crockpot except the konjac noodles

  2.  Cook on low for 8 hours

  3. Shred the chicken before serving and add the konjac noodles
