- 1/2-1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2-1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds or nut/seed of choice
- 1 tsp-tbsp honey
- 1/2-1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1-2 strawberries sliced
- 1/4 cup maple toasted pecans
- 1 tsp maple syrup for drizzle optional
