COLD PLUNGING. Have you done it? Did you hate it? COLD PLUNGING. Have you done it? Did you hate it? Did you love it? I've been meaning to try it forever but did not imagine my first experience to be in January, in a lake, while it snowed.

Cold plunging is a great exercise of separating your mind's limitations and limiting beliefs from what your body is actually capable of withstanding. It was an interesting experience to feel my body start to relax while simultaneously freaking out about the freezing temperature of the water. While for me the result was mostly painfully frozen hands and feet, it's always nice to challenge yourself to something outside of your comfort zone. Definitely open to trying it again, but maybe next time not in the dead of winter. 🥶

I want to love protein powder in my smoothies, and I want to love protein powder in my smoothies, and I’m sure it’s a matter of finding the right one. But right now the taste and texture just aren’t for me. Instead, I typically use collagen powder, which is a form of protein, just not a complete source like most protein powders.

To understand a little more about the differences between protein powder and collagen powder, we got some insights from the smoothie expert herself @bewellbykelly. Head to the link in our bio to learn more about when to use each, and how they differ.
We're all familiar with the health benefits of hon We're all familiar with the health benefits of honey, but it's important to note that not all honey is created equal. From sourcing to pasteurization to nutrient profiles, there's a reason honey varies so much in price, and it's important to pay attention to what you're purchasing. Manuka honey is especially unique. It's made only in New Zealand from the nectar of the manuka tree and is seen by many experts to be one of the most beneficial forms of honey in the world. Because Manuka is considered "medicinal honey", you may notice UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) on the label. This is a global standard used to identify and measure the antibacterial strength of Manuka and guarantees that the honey being sold is from New Zealand and of medicinal quality. @Florahealthy's Manuka Honey is produced by a sustainable, eco-friendly, 100% Māori-owned honey operation in New Zealand.
