Simple, protein packed, gluten-free banana pancakes, perfect for any day of the week. 

Servings: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour (or flour of choice)
  • 2 tbsp collagen
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 tbsp baking soda
  • maple syrup to taste
Method
  1. Mix banana and egg together

  2. Add the remainder of the ingredients to the banana and egg mix except the avocado oil

  3. Coat a frying pan over medium heat with avocado 

  4. Pour batter and cook until golden brown flipping half way through
