4 Ingredient Kale Chips
Homemade snacks have never been easier (and healthier). Have you been meaning to try kale chips, but haven’t got around to it yet? With only four ingredients and 20 mins from start to end, this nutrient-packed snack could not be simpler to make.
Healthy and simple snack to curb your chip cravings!
- 1 head kale
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
Preheat oven to 400F
De-stem the kale leaves and rip into pieces
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the pieces of kale across 1-2 baking sheets
Cover with oil, nutritional yeast and salt
Bake for 15 minutes. Please note that this may vary based on your oven. Check after 10 minutes and cook until crispy.
