Coconut yogurt is a great snack, breakfast or dessert. And as an excellent source of probiotics, it supports gut health as well! Try out these decadent coconut yogurt recipes and let me know your favourite!

Coconut Yogurt Three Ways

Ingredients
Chocolate Chia
  • 1/2-1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Sweet Tangerine
  • 1/2-1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds or nut/seed of choice
  • 1 tsp-tbsp honey
Strawberry Pecan
  • 1/2-1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup maple toasted pecans
  • 1 tsp maple syrup for drizzle optional
Method
  1. Use Minimalist Baker's coconut yogurt recipe at the beginning of this post

  2. Combine the ingredients for each flavour
